We would like to acknowledge that we are currently on Treaty 4 territory, and the boundaries of Horizon School Division extend to Treaty 6 territory. We give thanks to the Cree, Dene, Saulteaux, Stoney, Nakota, Dakota, Lakota, Ojibwe and Métis peoples for the ability to learn, live, and work on their traditional lands. We pay our respects to the Elders, both past and present, who have stewarded this land throughout generations. Please refrain from parking in our accessible parking spaces unless you have a valid accessible parking permit. This applies to all stops, including quick pick-ups or drop-offs. The two accessible spaces are located on either side of the flagpole.
A reminder to all parents and caregivers, please do not use the staff and student parking lot to drop off and pick up your student. It creates a dangerous situation for staff, parents and students. Students can be picked up and dropped off on Avenue D.
School fees are now accessible on our RYCOR Online Payment system. You can access our online payment system through our school website – under the Student tab, Student Pay Portal (RYCOR) in the drop-down menu or use this link - https://www.studentquickpay.com/horizonsd/ . Please add your students’ sports fees using the Sport Fee tab at bottom of the fee page.
First time registration:
1. Visit our school website or use this link - https://www.studentquickpay.com/horizonsd/
2. Click “Activate Account”
3. Enter your email address and follow the on-screen instructions to activate your account. This email address must be the same email address that is associated with the parent portal for the student information system at the school (Aspen). If you currently do not have an email address associated with the parent portal for the student information system at the school, please contact the school to add one.
4. If you do not receive the email with your verification code, please check your spam folder.
5. Once verification is complete, log in online using the link above.
6. Students will automatically be associated with their parent/guardian accounts only. You will only have access to your students.
RYCOR Online Payments, a secure payment system allows parents/guardians the convenience of viewing student accounts and paying school fees online. WCHS has a payment terminal and will continue to accept cash, cheques and in-person credit card/debit cards at our school. If paying by cheque or cash, please return your account statement with your payment. Please make cheques payable to: WCHS General Account.
